Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of utechna.com

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

    I received it very long after the order (+ 1 month later) but it is beautiful and well arrived I am very happy!. The packaging box is completely caboose but it is not a problem because the product inside is intact! I forced to close the case and I broke the closure, that’s why I had to put tape but it works very well so I have no problem with that!     Good product! Powerful enough for a person without much training to feel the electroestimation. It hooks well into the skin although it is advisable to buy the extra gels to change them in the future. Not counting the delivery time as the package spent 14 days in quarantine.

    It took 2 weeks to get to Spain. Well protected and in their boxes (I recommend buying the option “with boxes” comes more protected). It comes in a box the abdomen and legs and the other gluteos thing. It sticks well if you’re sitting/lying, standing down. If you put it well in the muscle, it works super well, you see how it moves, but not. You have to look good where to place it and put quite a bit of power and so I see it works. They shut themselves out at 12 minutes, except for the abdomen. Lle goes instructions in English and is very simple to use, it goes with two batteries. I ‘ve been using it for two days and I’m happy. I’ll comment later if I notice results.

    Доставка в МО 3 недели. Батарее в комплекте нет (мизинчиковые по 2 шт в каждый блок). Инструкция на английском языке. упакован в заводскую упаковку (картон) и пупырку. Всё работает. Правда запах новой пластмассы резкий, может выветрится. Качество товара хорошее. Эффективность ещё не знаю, взял на пробу. В целом доволен. Всё хорошо. Рекомендую.

    пришло довольно быстро. упаковка помята, но это скорее претензия к перевозке. у тренажёра для попы не работала одна половина, огорчило . у двух датчиков программы #3 и #4 автоматом сбрасывались на программу #1, грешу на старые батарейки. поставлю аккумуляторные и посмотрим что будет. в целом довольна, сокращает мышцы сильно. посмотрим на результат…

    Na těle to drží skvěle i přes ochlupení. EMS stimulátory fungují tak, že vám pomůžou udělat trénink intenzivnější. Určitě Vám nenaroste “pekáč buchet” sám od sebe jen prostým používáním. Nicméně když u cvičení břicha budete používat EMS stimulátor, tak zde to má smysl. Zatím jen vyzkoušeno. Budu déle testovat.
