Es como describe el vendedor, yo lo utilizo sobretodo para un afilado rápido, pero si lo que quieres es un gran afilado es mucho mejor una piedra de afilar. Es seguro gracias al asa y estable. Para cuchillos de cerámica vale, pero es muy poco lo que desbasta el filo. Para los cuchillos de acero va bien, como el corta patatas o el pela verduras. Viene con un cabezal de recambio.
